We continue to welcome new players to the Force, and whether you are new to the game or you are coming back to basketball and want to play occasionally or regularly, we have a session for you. You can turn up and play, the Tuesday session usually has more space, as we have a bigger court for this one – but new players are welcome. Check with Matt for space on the Monday or Thursday sessions.
Women’s fitness/basketball session ** Day/time to be confirmed ** With Coach Matt or Coach Miguel. This is a really fun hour, with drills and skills development and a game at the end for those who have enough energy left. A great way to workout in a lovely supportive group.
